o Reservations are available days we are closed, and ½ hour after we close on days we are open (example: space is available starting at 5:30pm when we are open until 5:00pm). o Unfortunately, you cannot come early to setup. If you need additional time to setup, it needs to be part of the reserved time. You will be billed for time if you are late for a reservation and if you need time to cleanup at the end of reservation. o Minimum hours of rental: 2 hours ($50/hour) = $100. Must purchase $200 of projects or merchandise. o Number of guests: 15-20 during winter months (mid-October to April), 25 when patio is open (May-September). o Tables and chairs may not be re-arranged in the space. o The main workshop room may only be used for projects. Not for food setup. o Food must fit on our 4’ table in the back room or be placed in the large group room located upstairs. No food can be displayed or eaten in our main workshop room. Recommended food would be appetizers or charcuterie, beverages, and cupcakes. We do not allow full meals to be served. o All food must be carry in and carry out. Use of our sink to clean dishes is limited. (We do not have a garbage disposal and require the sink and counter area for plant care.) o We recommend you visit the space prior to your reservation so there are no surprises. We are a unique space and have limitations and restrictions on how the space may be used because. This is not a space for traditional showers or events but rather for doing projects with focused attention from our expert staff.
